Logistics & Airport Facility Cleaning in Dallas-Fort Worth
Facilities We Clean · Logistics & Airport Facilities · Dallas-Fort Worth
Cleaning scheduled around trucks, flights and shifts, not the other way around
Logistics and airport facility cleaning is recurring and project-based cleaning for properties built around the movement of goods and people: distribution and fulfillment centers, cross-docks and freight terminals, parcel and last-mile hubs, air-cargo buildings, FBOs, hangars and airport offices. FlowerHill cleans warehouse floors, docks, driver and employee areas, offices and public-facing spaces around your operating schedule, and works in secure areas only with the credentials, escorts and authorization your facility requires.
Areas we clean in logistics and airport facilities

- Loading docks and cross-dock floorsAvailable dock surfaces, dock-door surroundings, staging areas, pedestrian paths and waste stations, serviced only when the assigned dock is clear of trailers and forklift traffic.
- Picking, packing, sortation and returnsLabels, film and cardboard collected, workstation surroundings and designated floors cleaned, scheduled area resets; products, scanners, conveyors and controls left to facility personnel.

What makes logistics and airport cleaning different
- 01Everything is in motionTrailers, forklifts, tuggers, conveyors, staged goods and shipping deadlines change hour to hour. Cleaning routes, closures and stop-work conditions are set with your supervisors so crews never obstruct an aisle or an active dock.
- 02Secure and restricted areasSterile, screened and credentialed zones are serviced only within the airport's or client's authorization, escort and training requirements, with photography, tool and unattended-item rules followed to the letter.
- 03Conveyors, sortation and baggage systemsRoutine scope covers surrounding floors and identified exterior surfaces. Crews do not enter, operate, restart or clean inside conveyor, baggage, sortation or screening systems.
- 04Cold chain and peaksRefrigerated and freezer areas get low-moisture methods, PPE and slip controls; seasonal peaks and dispatch surges get added porter hours and adjusted frequencies rather than a fixed schedule.
How we scope and price logistics and airport cleaning
Pricing follows labor, supervision, equipment, access procedures and frequency for the authorized scope, quoted monthly with project work as separate lines. Four factors drive most of it:
- 01Facility type and footprintSquare footage by zone, office-to-warehouse ratio, number of buildings and whether the property is a terminal, fulfillment center, cargo building or support office.
- 02Hours, shifts and trafficOperating hours and number of shifts, passenger, driver, employee and visitor volume, and how often restrooms, break rooms and waiting areas need attention.
- 03Access requirementsBadging, screening, escorts and onboarding for secure areas, overnight or weekend access and required PPE add labor a standard building does not carry.
- 04Floors, porters and projectsSweeper and scrubber requirements, floor condition, day porter staffing, post-construction and turnover cleaning.
A controlled walk-through with your operations and security contacts is the only reliable way to define responsibilities and prepare an accurate proposal.
