Request a quote for commercial cleaning in Dallas-Fort Worth
Request a quote in two ways: call (817) 422-4740 or fill out the walk-through form on this page. Either way, FlowerHill books a free on-site walk-through, then sends a written, room-by-room scope with one monthly price. There is no obligation and no hourly guesswork.
What happens after you request a quote
A short call, a walk-through at a time that suits you and a written proposal you can compare line by line.
- Fast response. We call back to confirm details and book the walk-through.
- On-site, not guesswork. We price from what we see: square footage, restrooms, floors, traffic and shifts.
- Written scope. Every task and frequency in writing, plus how supplies are handled.
- One monthly price. No surprise add-ons. Women-owned, WBENC-certified and SBE certified.

Pricing and walk-through questions
Is the walk-through and proposal really free?
Yes. The walk-through and written proposal are free, with no obligation.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
As one monthly price for a written scope. Square footage, frequency, restroom and break-room counts, floor types, traffic and any disinfection or floor-care add-ons drive the number.
Can you price a manufacturing plant or warehouse?
Yes. We price warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing and industrial plants and flex buildings, and schedule work between shifts so production is not interrupted.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
We discuss agreement terms during the proposal. Our goal is to keep your business by performing, not by locking you in.
What we look at on the walk-through
- 01Restrooms and fixturesHow many restrooms, stalls, sinks and dispensers, and how heavily they are used.
- 02FloorsCarpet, VCT, LVT, tile, sealed concrete or epoxy, and the condition of each.
- 03Traffic and occupancyHow many people use the building, visitor volume and peak times.
- 04Special areasLabs, clean rooms, server rooms, secure offices, production zones or food areas.
- 05Access and timingWhen crews can work, alarm and key procedures, and production or tenant schedules.
Offices, campuses and plants each get a different plan
An office proposal usually centers on nightly janitorial, restroom care and floor maintenance, with day porters for busy buildings. A corporate campus adds multiple buildings, amenity spaces and event support under one scope. A manufacturing plant or warehouse proposal is organized by zone and shift: break rooms, locker rooms and restrooms at shift changes, aisles and docks by section and overhead dusting during planned downtime.
How to compare our proposal with others
Line up proposals by scope, not just price. Check that the same tasks and frequencies are included, that hours per night are realistic for the building, that inspections and response times are spelled out and that insurance, bonding and background checks are confirmed. Our janitorial RFP checklist walks through what to compare.
We are glad to walk your building even if you are only benchmarking your current provider. You will leave with a clear, written picture of what your facility needs.
After you request a quote
Within a short time of your request, a FlowerHill team member calls to confirm the basics and schedule the walk-through. The walk-through usually takes 30 to 90 minutes depending on the building. A few days later you receive a written proposal with the scope, frequencies, supply arrangement and one monthly price. If you would like changes, we revise the quote until it matches what your building needs.
Many clients request a quote while their current contract is still running. That is fine. We will plan the start date around your notice period so the transition is clean. Our janitorial RFP checklist can help you compare quotes.
Quote request tips for property managers and plant leaders
Property managers often request one quote for several buildings; we can walk them together and price each building separately or as a portfolio. Plant and warehouse leaders should invite their EHS or safety lead to the walk-through so site rules, PPE and restricted areas are built into the quote from the start. Either way, the more we see on the walk-through, the more accurate your quote will be.
One more tip: if your building has unusual areas such as labs, clean rooms, server rooms or food production zones, mention them when you request a quote so we bring the right people to the walk-through and include the right procedures, products and safety training in your proposal from the start.
