About FlowerHill · Mission, vision & values
FlowerHill mission, vision and values at a glance
FlowerHill Facility Services exists to support people and protect the spaces our clients rely on every day. Our vision is to set the standard for commercial cleaning in Texas: structured, measurable and trusted. Four core values guide every building we clean in Dallas–Fort Worth: Ownership, Responsiveness, Consistency and Professionalism, grounded in integrity, stewardship and service.
Our mission
Why we exist
At FlowerHill Facility Services, we exist to support people and protect the spaces our clients rely on every day. Through strong systems, clear communication, and a culture grounded in integrity and stewardship, we create meaningful jobs, build lasting partnerships, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Our vision
Where we are going
FlowerHill Facility Services is building the standard for what commercial cleaning should be: structured, measurable, and trusted. We are becoming Texas’ leading premium facility services partner, known for consistent execution, real accountability, and environments that reflect excellence. Through disciplined systems and high-performing teams, we replace reactive vendor relationships with proactive, long-term partnerships where quality is predictable, communication is immediate, and trust is earned daily.
Our four core values
These are the standards we hire for, train to and hold ourselves to. Under each one is what it looks like in your building.
- 1
Ownership
We take full responsibility for our work, communication, and results. We approach every responsibility with integrity and stewardship, honoring the trust placed in us and following through on what we commit to.
In your building: a direct line to the owner, and most issues fixed by the next shift, many much sooner.
- 2
Responsiveness
We act quickly and communicate clearly. We serve our clients and team with urgency, care, and respect, ensuring no one is left without support or clarity.
In your building: quick replies, a client portal for requests and digital inspection reports from our Clean Smarts software.
- 3
Consistency
Excellence is not occasional, it is expected. We take pride in our work and deliver consistent, high-quality results as a reflection of who we are.
In your building: a written scope, scheduled supervisor inspections and crews who learn your space night after night.
- 4
Professionalism
We represent our company and our clients with pride. We treat every person with respect and carry ourselves with integrity, humility, and professionalism in every interaction.
In your building: bonded, insured and background-checked crews who respect your people, your property and your security.
Integrity, stewardship and service
Our work is grounded in principles of integrity, stewardship, and service, which guide how we lead, serve, and grow.
For our founder, Tiffany Spelman, those principles come from her Christian faith. She started FlowerHill in 2020 after months of prayer, feeling led into commercial cleaning with no prior experience in the industry. Her goal for the company is simple: to honor God in the work we do every day.
To us, stewardship means caring well for what is placed in our hands: your building, the people who work in it, our own team and the trust you give us when you hand over the keys.
Values you can check
Values only matter if clients can see them. Here is how ours show up.
- Women-owned and certified. 100% women-owned, WBENC-certified, WOSB and SBE certified.
- People first. We work to create an environment where both clients and frontline team members feel valued, so crews stay and learn your building.
- Fast communication. Quick replies, a client portal and digital inspection reports, so you are never left waiting.
- Inspected, not assumed. Scheduled supervisor inspections and a direct line to the owner.
Where the name FlowerHill comes from
The name joins Tiffany’s middle name, Flower, with her maiden name, Hill. It is a tribute to her late father, who shared her love of business, talked through ideas with her for years and always believed she could build a successful company. The values he encouraged still guide FlowerHill today.
How our values have shaped FlowerHill since 2020
- 2020Tiffany founds FlowerHill in January. The first clean is on February 1, and that first client is still with us today.
- 2020By August, FlowerHill adds full-time day porters to keep buildings clean and disinfected during the workday.
- 2021Tiffany joins BSCAI, the Building Service Contractors Association International, and later a peer group of experienced contractors.
- 2024FlowerHill grows through an acquisition, adding team members, day porters and its first Area Manager.
- 2026Tiffany graduates from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in Dallas.
