How we work with every client

1. Walk-throughWe tour the facility with you, count restrooms and fixtures, note floor types, traffic, shifts and access, and ask what the last provider missed.
2. Written scope and priceA room-by-room scope with frequencies, supplies and one monthly number, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
3. OnboardingKeys, alarm codes, supply closets, a tenant or staff notice and a supervisor introduction before the first night.
4. Inspected serviceScheduled supervisor inspections, quick adjustments as your building changes and the owner’s number for anything urgent.

Our standards

Every FlowerHill team member is bonded, insured and background-checked before entering a client facility. Crews follow written procedures for chemical handling, equipment use and lone-worker safety aligned with OSHA guidance for the cleaning industry and CDC cleaning recommendations. We use EPA-registered disinfectants and green-certified products where they do the job, and we follow the label contact time rather than spraying and wiping.
