Our staff: vetted, trained cleaning technicians for DFW facilities

Our staff are the people who walk into your building every night. Every FlowerHill cleaning technician is bonded, insured and background-checked, trained on your building’s written scope and safety procedures, and supervised on a schedule. You get a consistent crew you can recognize, not a rotating cast.

Why consistent staff matters

Turnover is the hidden cost of commercial cleaning. Every new face has to learn where the supplies are, which doors stay locked and what your tenants care about. Our crews keep their accounts, so details stop slipping and security stays tight. When someone is out, a trained lead who already knows the building covers the shift.

We also choose products carefully. Our staff use EPA-registered disinfectants at their label contact times and green-certified cleaners where they do the job.

Staff questions

Are your cleaning staff background-checked?

Yes. Every team member completes a background check before working in a client facility, and all team members are bonded and insured.

Will we see the same crew each night?

We keep crews consistent on each account and cover absences with trained leads who already know the building.

Who do we call if something is missed?

Your supervisor, or the main line at (817) 422-4740. Issues are fixed on the next shift.

Are you hiring?

Yes. See our careers page for janitorial and day porter roles across DFW.

A night with a FlowerHill crew

  1. Arrival and securityThe crew arrives at the scheduled time, disarms the alarm with assigned codes and signs in according to your building procedure.
  2. The routeEach technician follows a written route: restrooms, trash and recycling, break rooms, surfaces, then floors, so nothing is skipped and every area is finished the same way every night.
  3. Detail workRotating detail tasks such as baseboards, vents, glass and high-touch disinfection are scheduled across the week, not left for someday.
  4. Lock-up and notesDoors are checked, lights set, the alarm armed and any issues such as leaks, broken fixtures or supply needs are reported to the supervisor.

Supervision you can see

Every account has a named supervisor who knows the building. Supervisors inspect against the written scope on a set schedule, coach the crew on anything that needs attention and stay in touch with your facility contact. If you report a problem, the supervisor confirms it is fixed on the next shift and follows up with you.

That structure is what keeps quality consistent month after month. It is also why we can give you a direct line to ownership: problems do not get lost in a call center.

Crews for offices, medical buildings and plants

Different buildings need different skills. Office crews focus on restrooms, break rooms, workstations and floors on a nightly schedule. Medical office crews add infection-prevention routines and careful disinfection of high-touch points. Industrial and manufacturing crews learn your site rules, PPE requirements, restricted areas and shift changes, and they clean break rooms, locker rooms, docks and aisles around production. See manufacturing plant cleaning.

Keys, alarms and security

Our team treats access as seriously as you do. Keys and badges are assigned and logged, alarm codes are issued per person where your system allows, secure areas are entered only as agreed and doors are locked behind the crew. When a team member leaves an account, access is returned and codes can be changed.

How our staff stay consistent

Consistency comes from structure. Each account has a written scope, a route for every crew member and a supervisor who inspects against it. New team members shadow an experienced lead before working on their own, and substitutes are trained on the building before they cover a shift. Our staff know that the client will judge the building by its worst restroom, not its best lobby, so the routine covers every room, every night.

We also listen. When a client tells us a tenant cares about the conference rooms or a plant manager wants the locker rooms reset before second shift, that request goes into the scope and the route. Over time the program fits your building like it was designed for it, because it was.

Our team also follows a simple rule: leave every room the way the client would want to find it in the morning. That means chairs pushed in, lights set correctly, doors locked and anything unusual reported the same night.
